How do I play ?
After I joined in, everything I can do is doing tree, building and manufactory. But I can not do any war or alliance. Then what the point of playing this mod ? Or you can do these after some time ?

( Currently, I have passed the "intro" of U.S.S.R. , and got a new leader with an actual focus tree )

just like tno and many other mods, you declare wars through decisions/focus tree
