unable to train divisions
I'm about to do the focus to invade china as the soviet union and I'm still unable to train divisions. Is there a way to refire the focus that does that since it didn't work the first time? or is the save ruined?

Yeah I have the same issue, I will report the bug to the discord because sending volunteers without being able to edit or train divisions is a true pain in the ass
