Ever since RPG update server wont start
Uninstalled the mod and the server went up

It sounds like you have some kind of mod conflict. Are there any other mods you're using that have custom launchers or explosion effects?

To list them, I have VPP admin tools, Durable suppressors, and Repair to pristine. Removed durable suppressors and repair to pristine, still wouldn't launch. Changed the load order, still wouldn't launch. As soon as i removed this mod from the load order server started up fine. Not sure whats conflicting but before the RPG update everything worked perfectly fine

Did a fresh install of the mod as well, still didn't work
