normally its supposed to be dropped by the boss Xalgoth, but the code for that isn't there. i'ma get on it and get a fix out as soon as i can.

xalgoth's summoning item is called "The Crest of Destruction" and is crafted using a Celestial Sigil at an ancient manipulator.

just finished some testing and i was able to summon Xalgoth using the crest at 950' in space. maybe it is another mod conflicting with it?
