Use official map from workshop by ID 3261289969. Not decompiled version with those errors.

Really? IDK if the map on my server was a decompiled version, but I guess it might be an issue caused by the server pack I'm using (that is a heavily modded server pack) as I had no issue while on a unmodified server, sorry for inaccurate report!

It's best to perform "Verify integrity of game files" in the cs2 steam. And to be sure that server has the last workshop version. Unmodified one. By removing the old file and having the latest one. If the map is on the server without workshop ID then there might be a mismatch in versions. This error is related to a missing texture.

Overall the latest version of the map works without problems so it's good to check those things.

Very Impressive work! Although the missing textures aren't missing maybe just not a proper resolution? Some would need a better normal-map or displacement-map/parallaxe-map..and some place just need an object to patch a hole but it's not related to textures.
