Report a translation problem
I would say at minimum 150-200 hours over the course of a year for the initial release version. I had to learn the modding API, how to make sprites and some C# (though learning the language was the fastest since I alreade knew Java).
Also, the comment you left about the "Localisation" folder, it's the British spelling of the word. I probably still should change it to Localization since the mod loader expects it to be spelled like that. Everything seems to be working fine with the current spelling though.
