AI cuts its army
I see many countries cuts the army and fleet, like Prussia has no ships, Khalsa Raj removes half the army from start and Denmark has almost nothing after Slesvig-Holstein is liberated.

most of the western countries practicaly disarms, there's no point in playing if u can kill anyone from the get go.
