Hitting the button to open a shop menu causes the game to enter a strange, locked state where the weapons menu pops up over the shop, no input is accepted, most game logic such as spawning and npc movement ceases, and force quitting is the only way to fix it. This can be subverted by opening the menu before accessing a shop, but still gets me when I forget to open said menu first.
