FAQ: Where are the provincial Investments?
A: Click on the black triangle left to the spot where you exspect the investments to toggle the view between the eight investment buttons and the additional state infos.

Btw, you can also toggle the province income view by clicking on it to switsch between total income and trade and tax split income
