Iron tower and neocite mine not available as build options
Prerequisites exist but I can't build them. I can only force through IGE.

Then when I force build the iron tower and open the city screen, the game crashes. Definitely something off with the buildings.

Hello. I apologize for my tardy response, I received no notification this thread had been created. I am going to start by asking: Are you using the 3rd Unique Component and 4th Unique Component mods? That is the only way the Iron Tower and Nerocite Mine are available as extra components, I have just verified myself that they are constructable under these circumstances. I apologize if that was not made clear in the mod description.

Regarding the crash when you add the Iron Tower through IGE, I have verified this but this only happens if 3UC/4UC are not enabled. Adding the Iron Tower via IGE with those mods enabled works just fine. I could not tell you why this crash happens. However, if you use 3UC/4UC to add the Iron Tower as the Iron Legion's extra unique component as intended then it should not be an issue.
