Work Order
How do I use these? I went to a merchant at this Chromium-Sierra Sciences POI and I did some work for him. Later I went to a GIN console and saw it had a job for the Chromium-Sierra Sciences. I paid the money and took the Work Order thing to him. But he won't take it and nothing happens. It says to give it to him to unlock their trades, but I already did that earlier. Is that the problem? If so why would the GIN console offer me the job?

There are multiple chromium-sierra sciences, and if you encountered a different one it will have also given you a mission. The GIN console can't differentiate between missions from multiple of the same factory.
You also won't be able to use that work order on other CSS Factories since it comes with a quest marker from that POI and one from the GIN console. If you accept another CSS's unlock mission it will reset that quest marker again and the work order you have will be useless.
Even now, the CSS Work order you have is useless unless you find the CSS factory that issued it.
