Where do I find it? I have looked in the Empyriapedia but no luck.

If you mean the xenon material, if you conquer almost any Abandoned POI, and then salvage all that green glowy stuff usually found in the depths of the POI. That radiated stuff will give you xenon.

No, that's Xeno Material. This is a gas that comes in bottles like the Hydrogen bottles.

Go to the top-right of that site and change it from Vanilla to Reforged Eden 2

Ah if you are playing on a server then you really need to direct all inquiries to your server, as there's no way of knowing what all they've changed.
