Trading Items
Is there a way to locate a specific trader without traveling to random star systems? For example, I need to buy 50 nitrogen bottles for a quest and I know who sells them but I cant find where they are specifically. I didnt know if there were some kind of in game system to locate a vendor as each game generates uniquely. Im playing RE2 single player. Thanks

If you know the trader, you can get a trading frequency from a frequency vendor at faction orbital distribution centers. These vendors are usually near the vendors for package deliveries.

Looks like you are trying to get a Waste Treatment Plant trading frequency[empyrionbuddy.com]. Visit a Polaris Orbital Distribution Center to buy one.

It appears we have to be friendly with the Trade Federation to make use of these vendors. Hopefully you can earn some RP with them without too much effort. The trade frequencies are also a bit on the pricey side (100K). When I found my waste treatment vendor it was brute force travel to nearly 10 barren planets before I found one. Best of luck!

Someone probably hit it accidentally. There does not seem to be any way (in steam) to take back a flag. The link looks totally Ok to me.

Maybe, but there have actually been people trolling the RE2 discussions flagging random helpful posts in the past too.
