Homing rockets for the handheld rocket launcher no longer used?
While enjoying RE2 after build 20 I found a handheld rocket launcher that fired homing rockets. Loved it because my aim stinks. However, after build 21 that rocket launcher no longer shoots homing rockets, only the incendiary rockets like all the other handheld rocket launchers. I miss my homing rockets. They still exist, I still have them in my inventory from before build 21, they are still sold at POI's, I just can't use them now. Am I just missing something? Thanks.

The homing function of the rockets doesn't actually affect your ability to hit anything but drones. Since they're the only things moving and far enough away that a non-homing rocket would miss.
The homing rockets are used by the giant shoulder-fired "epic" Rocket Launcher and do significantly more damage than they used to.

Is it intended to not be able to craft the Homing Rockets anymore? Says to Unlock in Tech Tree but cant seem to find anything that unlocks it

They are now unlocked as a standalone ammunition in the Weapons tab of the tech tree, after the normal rocket launchers.
Make sure your scenario version is up to date.
