GRL-45B Rocket Launcher MK2 Change Ammo Type

How do you change to the 75mm Guided HE Rocket ammo. It only will except the 40mm Incendiary Rocket.

You don't. Weapons can only use one type of ammo. If it has an alternate fire option you just right click.
