How to do I start the repeatable missions.

Hi everyone. How do I start the repeatable missions for factions in the PDA. I can't seem to figure it out and the mission info isn't really explaining it to me well.

Those missions are not available yet.

When they become available, there will be a timer associated with it that will allow you to restart the mission when time is up.
