Block's Thrower Mod introduces a new NPC - the Ninja - to sell a handful of its new items. You can find the Ninja by defeating King Slime; this will free the ninja trapped within King Slime, allowing you to rescue him (Just be quick about killing the slimes the King spawns on-death, lest they kill the Ninja before you get to him!). Below is the Ninja's stock:

• Glaive: Sold in Hardmode during the day
  
• Kunai: Sold in Hardmode during the night
  
• Caltrop: Sold in Hardmode
  
• Slimeslayer: Sold post-Queen Slime
  
• Etherian Javelin: Sold post-Old One's Army (Tier 1). Also dropped by Etherian Javelin Throwers under the same conditions.
  
• Reinforced Etherian Javelin: Sold post-Old One's Army (Tier 2), replaces Etherian Javelin. Also dropped by Etherian Javelin Throwers under the same conditions.
  
• Enchanted Etherian Javelin: Sold post-Old One's Army (Tier 3), replaces Reinforced Etherian Javelin. Also dropped by Etherian Javelin Throwers under the same conditions.
  
• Stun Bomb: Sold post-Skeletron
  
• Mourning Molotov: Sold after defeating a Mourning Wood. Also dropped by Mourning Woods.
  
• Blast Bauble: Sold after defeating an Everscream. Also dropped by Everscreams.
  
• Gilded Shuriken: Sold post-Skeletron. Sale overridden by Jade Star, but can be obtained by shimmering the Jade Star.
  
• Jade Star: Sold post-Golem
  
• Stealth Headband: Sold during the night
  
• Dexterity Scroll: Sold during the day
  
• Discipline Scroll: Sold during the day after defeating any vanilla Pre-Hardmode boss other than King Slime
  
• Master Scroll: Sold during the night after defeating either Golem, Duke Fishron, or Empress of Light
  
• Throwing Board: Sold in Hardmode
  
• Master's Armor (Jingasa, Yukata, & Geta): Sold post-Skeletron

Additionally, the Ninja sells the following vanilla items

• Shuriken: Sold in Pre-Hardmode during the day
  
• Throwing Knife: Sold in Pre-Hardmode during the night
  
• Ninja Armor (Hood, Shirt, & Pants): Sold when the config. option to move Ninja Armor from King Slime's loot pool to the Ninja is active. This is on by default

• Bionic Armor (Headgear, Plating, & Greaves): Sold by the Cyborg while the Ninja is present in the world
  
• Disruption Lance: Sold by the Cyborg
  
• Shadowspike Ball: Sold by the Goblin Tinkerer after defeating a Goblin Warlock. Also dropped by Goblin Warlocks.
  
• Blast Cap: Sold by the Truffle
  
• Sporenade: Sold by the Dryad post-Plantera. Also dropped by Plantera.
  
• Wise Mystic's Tome: Sold by the Wizard post-Golem
  
• Cryonade: Sold by the Demolitionist while in the Snow Biome. Also found in Frozen Chests.
  
• Spiky Bomb: Sold by the Demolitionist post-Mechs, while the Goblin Tinkerer is present in the world
  
• Jar of Dirt: Sold by the Pirate on the Drunk World secret seed. Also rarely dropped by Pirate Captains on any seed.
