Thoughts
Obviously a lot of effort went into this and it looks freaking amazing. Io is one of my favourite characters and we NEED a customization option.

If I had any critisism it would be the overcharge makes the target looks a little weird with the fire halo surounding them otherwise everything is perfect and I really hope this isn't just forgotten about like alot of steam workshop items.

Yeah I agree, the overcharge target looks a bit strange and there is also no particle effect that shows which direction Io is moving.
Still though, amazing and more stuff like this needs to be in the game!!

yep, I'd really like this skin if it made it more obvious in which direction Io is facing. On Valve's original model it's made clear both by the "light tentacles" on the back and the arc on the front, even when he's stationary. Here on the other hand it only becomes obvious when Io is moving around, and even then the effect is more subtle than with Valve's version.

same as me, all look absolutely Perfect, the one that's need to polished is the Overcharge...
Celestial Costum item is supposed to make him/her, well, how do i say it...Celestial.!
the overcharge skin make him/her looks like a cartoon characther
its really nice but i would have liked the spirits to have more of sparkle effects ...

Thanks for the input. Concerning the overcharge: I intentionally chose a very small target for the tether so you could have a closer look on the actual overcharge effect. Keep in mind that most proper targets for the tethered overcharge - heroes - are significantly larger than the ranged creep, hence requiring the current size of the effect. Trust me, it looks a lot less intense on proper targets. As for the "face" particle - yeah, I'll add an effect to show it the direction Io is facing (for example the rotating stars flaring up near his "face").

i think the overcharge wont work due to the fact that you wont be able to see when the overcharged hero uses bkb... a different color than orange should be ok
there should be more "fluff" to some of the particles, instead of just a particle trail. kind of like how the default skin has fluff, it has nice looking random particles

A piece of feedback...

Change: The idea behind the spirits flying in and taking off is awesome, although I'd increase the speed of takeoff animation (exlploded spirits that is), since it feels a bit intrusive when you get hit by something and this something immediately flies up into the sky.

Totally keep: Tether marking is great. I like the more refined look of tether and especially that small animation that marks the tether target.
