How do I color items? No color option appears in my gear menu tab.

For now, using the color patch for Grimworld + Rimdark would allow you to color in the styling station, non-save compatible though.

same here as well was able to colour items on some old runs but not even the factions have armours with colour atm

You can use the Grimworld RimDark 40k Color Patch, and use styling station to color your armor.
