"War Queen is low on resources"
I have a Chicken crusader militor that is full of components and it is constantly showing the message "War Queen is low on resources"

I found out that apparently having a maxIngredientCount that's too low causes this to happen, since they only have 50 capacity you'll see this message. Until its fixed I just changed them all to be 600 instead. Since it only changes the max value it shouldn't change the balance too much, but do it at your own discretion.

You can find their defs in "steamapps\workshop\content\294100\3112553355\Defs\ThingDefs_Races\ThingDefs_Militors_Part1.xml"

Hope this helps anyone stumbling across this issue.
