Addons used in screenshots
I love this mod so much, I just revisited it after almost a year of not playing gmod, what are the addons used in the screenshots?

No, you guessed wrong. I don't use either. Regarding reshade, I expressed my attitude to this utility in the description of this addon. And yes, my preference for a weapon base is TFA Base

What exactly are you interested in? I use a very large number of addons, which are not even presented in the screenshots

the ones that are used for post proccessing or whatever, just stopped using reshade and realized how much it kinda sucked.

Blurring Edges - private addon, not in steam workshop
Chromatic Aberration
Dirty Lens - based on this addon, but I have a different rendering of dirt / glare
Film Grain
Lens Flare - I cut out the sunbeams and added my own
Aiming FX - I cut out the chromatic aberrations in this addon and left only the vignettes
Sharpness - is in the standard post processing gmod
Sunbeams - is in the standard post processing gmod
Color modification - is in the standard post processing gmod
Bloom - is in the standard post processing gmod

Almost the entire main list, which is responsible for post processing of the screen. If we move away from the generally accepted concept of post processing, then in total I use over 20+ addons that interact with the screen

btw, is your gmod smooth? I followed your instructions from a bit ago but my gmod still runs like crap.

If you have a decent computer, you shouldn't see any performance issues for a game built on a 2004 engine. Otherwise, the factor of good performance in the game depends on the use of add-ons. If you use over 200 different add-ons (not template ones, like new weapons for TFA, MWB, ARC9, etc.), then you've already got your answer. If you have a good computer and use a minimal amount of add-ons, but the game still continues to lose frames, then delete GMod in Steam, then find the root folder where the game was installed and delete the folder with the remaining cache. After that, install the game and you can enjoy pure GMod
