Below are just thoughts with examples wherever I can identify that exists in rimworld or other mods as reference, I thought the majority of these could be learned as a Holocron to avoid cluttering up your UI


Force Bond?
How ever many levels you deem needed.
Examples of this in modded rimworld include the psychic bonding from VE highmates, VE Fungoid hivemind gene , A onesided parasitic version in Alpha Genes, cross with Telepathy (modded Gene?) that allows pawns to communicate across the map / different map tiles.


Hypothermia
May touch on this in the future, tiered/modifiers on Force-powers , example there is a FP calls hypothermia, apparently its used in healing, maybe work as a Holocron that adds "Hypothermia" side effect that stops bleeding faster? there's a version in the Crypto Implants mod.

Hyperspace Tunneling
literally exists in VE Psycasts and A Rimworld as Magic as portals, just an ability that can move pawns great distances.


Adiabatic shield
apparently protects the user against airborne malfeasance , blocking smoke, chemicals, anything that would affect the users respiratory system, so maybe something that just makes them tox immune for a duration? not sure about the gas system in rimworld though.



Alter Environment
an ability that can call down a lighting storm, but I guess that already exists as force storm, but seems to be a neutral version of this power.

Force immersion
Basically Cloaking that dispels upon interacting or attacking.

Beam of light
Orbital beam targeter baby, literally the same thing lol

Mind Rub
"Memory rubbing was a telepathic Force technique that allowed an individual to use the Force to alter or erase both the memories and/or learned skills of another." maybe use to remove social buffs/debuffs as well as skills?

@Ciurrus : Force Bond is an interesting concept. may have to look into it some more

Hypothermia : this is similar to the force stabilize in that it stops the bleeding.
Hyperspace Tunneling : from what I remember, only the white wolves were capable so I may hold off on that idea
Adiabatic Shield : I don't know how the gas system actually works so this may be more difficult
Alter Enviroment: Like you said Force storm; so may not be implemented
Force Immersion : Force Cloak does a similar function, I may have to look into it
Beam of Light: I think that took multiple users together to use, may be hard to implement
Mind Rub: I think a similar effect works in one of the psycasting mods but I don't remember which path

Some ideas for sith magic

Amulet of Healing - similar to healer mech serum, or the force ability for force revitalize. Limited Usage

Tsaiwinokka Hoyakut - An incantation meant to summon an army of fresh undead or skeletons. Mindless soldiers. AOE. One time use

Invoke spirits - Call upon the spirit of a pawn. Raising them as a "spirit". Loyalties remain as they were alive. Enemy Pawns may be enemies, and friendly pawns are friendly.

shadow of uneasiness - summon an aura that causes a negative mood and gives minor sickness. Wearable Amulet.

Ancient Sith crystal - using the slain pawns, create a crystal that can give new life to a pawn. (Resurrector Mech Serum.)

I think a lot of the powers below if they were to every be implemented to be acquirable just by Holocrons so that your tree doesn't get cluttered, else each side of the force would have multiple trees.


will Sith magic be its own tree?


LIGHTSIDE Powers



Cleans Mind
"Cleansed Targets of any Mind altering Force powers"
-So some mods allow abilities to be used while a pawn is in a mental break/uncontrollable
maybe this power can be in that category to nullify Mental Break events?

Electric Judgement
Yellow/green force lightning w/o the Darkside - make it a Holocron?

Flash-burn
"Jedi ability to shut down areas of their mind in reaction to emotional Trauma unable to remember
details of painful events"
- force power to null mental breaks and remove a memory from the pawns tab? clear that ate without a table debuff

Force Blinding
Blinding flash of energy radiated from user's hand temporarily blinding target
self explanatory :D

Force Harmony
"Users could unite their energy into a pure powerful manifestation of the lightside"
- Implement as a Ideo Ritual?

Force Light
"Weakens a targets darkside connection to the force, or Purge Dark side manifestation/ nexus points from an area"
- probably can use it to drain / stunt a darkside users force power for a time?
Also beyond the scope of this mod i think but maybe have Darkside corruption operate similar to pollution in rimworld
only addressed by force powers like this?


Force Meld
- not too different from Harmony or force bond

Force Stun
"Temporarily dampens the sense and perception of a target inhibiting most movement
- maybe have this a second stage to force blinding, for foes without Sight?

Hibernation Trance
" users enters a deep hibernation state which requires minimal air and sustenance for
long periods of time"
- Toggled Death Rest

Inspire

Inspires allies with hope and courage in the face of impossible odds
- protects against mental breaks

Ionize
Overloads or damages electronic systems including droids and consoles
- Also maybe in an AOE or target effects a building as if it were hit by Solar flare event?

Morichro
Powerful technique that could slow down the body functions of a target putting them in a long term suspended animation
- Targeted Death Rest

Plant Surge
Channels life energy into plants, granting the ability to accelerate their growth and ensare targets
- Psycast of this exsist I think? sans the snare ability but having the option to boost plants would be cool

Revitalize
Revitalize tired, wounded or unconscious target using force energy
-self explanatory, would be useful for downed pawns etc etc

Sever Force
Blocks Targets connection to the force with a wall of light side energy
- Completely stunts or removes Force power ability/ Tags

NEUTRAL POWERS

Battle Meditation
Boosted Stamina Moral and Prowess of the user's allies while corroding the oppositions will to fight
- Exists in some forms in other Psycast mods as well as in base game rimworld, the spin I'd suggest however is in stages effects its potency / range and how much the user can move vs concentrate

Dark Transfer
Extrmely rare ability that could bring others back to life from the bring of death or even resurrect onself


Detoxify poison
Detoxifies poisons from the body in a much shorter time than normally possible, could also be used to purge alcohol
- maybe have this to well do what it says on the tin, can purge various stat effects.

Doppelganger
Ability to create short-lived duplicates of oneself that could experience all of the doppelgangers senses


Force Barrier (isnt this already in your mod?)
Create a barrier or wall of force energy around the intended target (self, ally or foe)

Force Empathy
Allows the user to feel the thoughts, motivations, emotional state and even guarded secrets of the target
-a target-able short duration version of force bond? copies the targets mood thoughts to the user? increases
relations between user and target? good for recruiting ?


Malacia
induced powerful dizziness and nausea in targets by turning their equilibrium against them
-exists in rimworld as a psycast vertigo pulse?


Memory walk
Allows users to mentally reach into the victims mind and force the to relieve the most horrible memories of their
life over and over
-applies mood debuff to target? increase chance of mental break, stuns target for duration?


Mnemotherapy
Visualizes the targets memories and eliminates them
-another niche ability me thinks, in a perfect would I'd say use this to selectively delete pawn memories like ate without a table



DARKSIDE POWERS

Control Web
Summons a web that controls the mind of the victims enmeshed within
-temporary control over target, target is stunned after effect wears off?

Corpse Vision
Summoned the spirits of deceased dark lords to create mind trick illusions such as intimate images from the victims past
-cross between your force ghosts and mind trick to put the target into a temporary daze mental break?

Create Force Wraith
Creates non sentient shadowy creatures using the darkside energy, that can be directed to perform different tasks
- Innumerable examples of this, basically spawn a temporary pawn with 5 hp

Crush Opposition
Sapped the willpower of everyone surrounding the user
-Rimworlds Mind Quake

Dark Aura
Charges the surrounding atmosphere with malicious force energy, hurting and slowing down those in
its AOE

Dark Energy Trap
intense concentrations of Darkside power that could entrap victims

Dark Spear
Forge an imperceptible weapon in the form of a spear with darkside energy

Drain Knowledge
Extract knowledge from sentient targets
-Drain random Skill?

Hatred
Involuntary exertion of force power allowing the user to become fully immersed in
the darkside until they radiate waves of palpable hatred
-Mood Buff to users debuff to others / non-darkside users? buff users stats like cool down/ Movement speed etc?

@Cirrus :I already have Force Hatred, Malacia, Force Barrier, Dark Transfer, Battle meditation, Revitatilize, plant surge, ionize, inspire, blind,, stun, and meld. I also have a variation of jedi bur, but instead of a specific memory, it wipes all of them out. As for the holocrons, I went with Vanilla psycasts to have access to the trees. This way I could keep an organization of the abilities.

maximum oof, I think you have the lions share of abilities then, there was an old site that had different EU abilities like causing a Nuclear winter but I can't find it, might not find anything you havent implemented yet though.

awesome mod I've had it subscribed for a while now just haven't played thoroughly as I'm trying to have hediffs spawn on a character body part. pain, well def send an award to you.

Perhaps with Force throw or Force push, the victim could take damage if they hit a surface. Not sure if it's possible, but would be neat

@Poet : Sure, I added it to force push. So now if you can manage to get them to hit the wall with the ability they will take blunt damage

Would it be possible to have the force powers/genes appear on non-jedi/sith xenotypes? I know I could do it manually but my thoughts were how the sanguophage abilities can be used with different xenotypes as hosts, so too could the force genes? I think you can see where I'm going with this, alien sith/jedi via a patch process? There was something else I thought of but I got bogged down making a bunch of custom SW alien xenotypes to pad out my roster. I think it was to do with the sith sorcery powers, I purposefully added a mod which adds clones to transfer essence and there you go allowing them to drain the life from corpses. It's great stuff this mate, keep it up. Although I do keep looking for the "Force Beserk" in the darkside tree (as in to send an enemy pawn crazy and attack their friends--like an extended force illusion maybe? Like Aleema Keto could making people see snakes/monsters)

I don't exactly know how to make it show up on other alien races automatically, but I do have it set up with the KoTOR alien races, they should all have a chance to show up with the traits

Will there be negative effects as well as the bonuses for too much darkside corruption? I would love to see something akin to "Sith meditation" to counteract, although I'm not sure if that's what you're going for.

Also, I can't seem to force push people into walls. They seem to go completely through them instead of taking the blunt damage as you said.

Also, I feel like the stun on force choke should be slightly increased. Even with force speed it can be hard to close a relatively small gap before they're able to resume moving again.
