I'm actually compiling a batch of commercials and random channel call signs from ages past to drop a TM mod of them. They are not meant to drop cassettes or vinyl but to have in order to incorporate into the mix of music if the player or server subscribe to them.
the current version is location specific. if i can find the louisville one, i can probably set it there as an additional or alternative location.
It's in cell 41x5 at the bottom right of the cell.
it's on the corner of a crossroads and is across the street west of the Romero Center For The Performing Arts (a big reddish brown building with a tan front)
There's a bunch of stuff on the second floor you could use.
It is in the same cell as the huge police station.
I found it last night 93.2FM right? Must have an off site antenna.
Yeah that's the one, I'm not sure if the satellite dishes help at all with that? Could be a way to communicate with the radio tower out near Riverside? There's even vanilla access to them.
- Forbid Project Zomboid's vanilla music AND TCCacheMP specifically from spawning in terminals. (For those who have their own music and find the unneccessary tracks intrusive, Like, I have over 100 songs and the game still chooses to play the unwanted crap on repeat... seriously... )
- About the commercials, I hope there will also be a way to disable them, if one desires to strictly have just music.
I think the only way to exclude those without the manual playlist would be to create an exclusion list.
If I do the commercials they will be a separate mod that can be added that will not create media naturally.
That is a good idea, how about I add a setting on the terminals so that an admin can create a terminal and tag it with mod data as the terminal for a station. Then the admin can spawn one in or find one and flip the switch to activate it on the map.
I would like to start by getting the theme songs off, then maybe a radio station linked to a particular music mod, so you can have a mod connected to certain stations. Then blacklist or whitelist for each channel. For now the only way is to modify the station with your list and leave out the disliked tracks.
I know that songs don't sync up right with other players so I don't even know if this would be possible.
