"Is the default playlist of your downloaded songs random or is the same every play through?"
Random on the music channels, if you add music to the terminals at the station and update it, it will choose from only that list. Just make sure you update it every time you add more music.
"Hi!, i cant make it work in b42, this mods have no work on b42, son i cant put any music on the terminals, True Music, Tsar's Common Library 2.0, TCCacheMP"
In b42 you only need this mod and your music not the rest of the mods. Make sure you load a music mod so cassettes will spawn.
"dumb question, but am i just overlooking it, where does the station spawn at?"
South west riverside... https://b42map.com/ Coords: (X: 4839, Y: 6286)
"died respawned and it did not work anymore"
Any errors reported?
"Even with the volume set to the lowest on both the radio and in the mod settings it's still fairly loud for me. Also, it doesn't seem like the volume slider in mod settings effects the volume for car radios, just walkie talkies and portable radios. Love the mod! Thanks. :)"
It's possible that the volume is different in cars since the update, will look into this.
"@norby007, firstly, thank you for updating the mod to the most recent build, thank you as well for sharing it with the community of PZ, awesome work.
Secondly, i just made a bug report in your bug thread discussion, more properly here , figure i should let you know.
Cheers."
Thanks, will dig into that.
"Hey love this mod, it's a game changer. Probably a stupid question but am I able to configure the radio stations so that the five stations have their own playlist? As in can I set 94.2 to play my rap cassettes and 94.4 to play my rock cassettes?"
Yes, an admin can setup a terminal or you can make your way to the station to add your own music and update it.
"It would be cool if the music stopped broadcasting on the 20th day for example"
I could add a sandbox for that, will add it to the list. Maybe even a way to override it after the station is restarted somehow.
"The mod setting for radio volume seems to affect my tv and not my car radios. Does anyone else experience this?"
I will look into it, it may have a separate system and will verify this. Thanks for the heads up.
"I am using this mod with time period accurate music pack mod in B42. I am having 2 problems. First one is even the lowest volume is very high."
I added a second volume slider in the mods options page if you have not found that yet. It's a way to drop the volume further.
"Is there a way to remove the emergency broadcast text when the true music radio is playing?"
Just disable the weather report in the sandbox options.
Secondly, i just made a bug report in your bug thread discussion, more properly here , figure i should let you know.
Cheers.
To prevent this problem I had to get high levels for everything until the engine sound starts to get louder than level 3 volume music and then lower the game volume to 5% in windows sound options.
This is the only solution i can come up with so far.
The second one is I randomly start hearing comercial sounds all over the urban areas and it is very very load not affected by the games volume. I couldnt figure out how to lower it. Maybe it is because of the bandits week one I dont know.
"Having an issue accessing the terminals along the south wall. No menu/admin comes up right clicking. The others work."
I will take a look, I think that was by design originally but I could update that. It had to do with the sprite names used for all 4 directions.
"Please make it possible to be even more quiet."
In b42 there is an additional slider to cut down the sound.
"Is there a way to make radios less likely to appear with music stations? There are too many radio stations playing at the same time. Maybe i'm idiot but i can't find a way in the option of the mod"
As far as I know the chances of radios being on and the chance of them being TMR stations is randomized in code I have no access to, but i will take a look.
fixed the vehicle based mumble issue when using the mumble patch with car radios, big thank you to Magond!
"This problem is solved by editing the file sounds_TMRRRemoveMumble.txt
by adding lines:"
Thank you! Will make that part of the next update asap.
"Put that it doesnt play well on new saves, I can also confirm you can remove it from saves without troubles."
Yeah you should be able to drop it in and out as you wish.
"can i use this mod with true music [b42]"
Yes :)
"@norby007 It's not clear what mods needed for 42. all are links to 41"
It can stand alone in b42 as long as you add a b42 music list mod.
by adding lines:
sound VehicleRadioStatic
{
category = Vehicle,
clip
{
file = media/sound/null.wav,
}
}
sound VehicleRadioProgram
{
category = Vehicle,
clip
{
file = media/sound/null.wav,
}
}
sound VehicleRadioZap
{
category = Vehicle,
clip
{
file = media/sound/null.wav,
}
}
Here is the order in which the modifications are loaded. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

"@norby007 , hello. When I turn on the radio from one of your frequencies, I hear the announcer's voice from the game's vanilla radio station in addition to the music. The subtitles of the Emergency Broadcasting radio station also appear. I have purposely removed that frequency from the radio though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icN4IfMDSok"
A couple of options, to get rid of the emergency broadcast system messages for the weather on the music stations there is a setting in the sandbox options. To get rid of the mumble you can try the TMRRemoveMumble mod included in this version. I tweaked it the other day that should help.
"nevermind. I changed the mod options because it annoyed me that every radio or tv was playing music in town. I forgot to turn it on again woops"
No worries, just glad you figured it out. :)
"Thank you for the answer. It i a solo game so I guess I am the admin."
You can activate admin with debug mode or a command line in chat. Let me know if you have trouble. Once done it will give you an admin context menu on the terminals.
