I have seen several conversations here and elsewhere about the concern of having to have this installed on an ssd because some people (like me) have to many mods/maps and ouch SSDs are pricey. Well do i have the solution for you. Welcome to the worlds laziest guide on symbolic linking in windows.

both of these tools will make it easier and i use linkshell extension so heres what we do with that but process should be similar either way:

Step 1: locate Vae Victus
find 3064355026 in your workshop folder

Step 2: cut and paste to SSDs

Step 3: right click and pick link source

Step 4: go back to workshop folder

Step 5: right click select drop as then symbolic link

Step 6: ???

Step 7: profit in the form of less crashes faster loading and a generally better time
