Turn on abandon punishment again plz
Quitters every game almost unplayable. A waste of time. Turn on abandon punishment again plz.

It was removed because Valve broke everything, when you dont need to disconnect and reconnect to the game to make most heroes playable it'll be re-added.

like mentioned before, until ebf gets to a more stable place and crashes are less likely i simply cannot punish players for things out of their control
