I can't join any lobby
"Custom game archive does not match the lobby leader's"

I know its an issue on my side but I have no idea where to look

I've reinstalled gamemode, reinstalled DotA 2.
This happens on all custom gamemodes not just EBF
I can play by myself

delete steam/steamapps/workshop/570/305278898 and reinstall ebf usually fixes it

Just tried that and I still can't join a lobby but no problem with hosting a lobby and having people join

usually the issue is with joining lobby's with people who havent updated the game yet, you're on different patches of ebf

Well, I'm using the latest version and I can't update it any further and its been like this since yesterday so I don't this its ebf being the issue as i get the same issue with ALL other gammodes

I've also had someone join me successfully then leave so they can host a lobby and I couldn't join

apparently this is because of valve's fix for the bots that took over the lobbies, only accounts linked with phone number can now play cgs

I don't think that's the issue for me, my account is link to my phone. I've been using it for steam guard, market confirmations and purchased games on steam.

Volvo dun bricked rando accounts

the exact requirements appear vague, it's something like being at least level 20 (which people who play cgs exclusively rarely are) and maybe some other stuff; but the issue you're having is most likely due to valve's fix to bots

-.- and now it randomly works again, they must of fixed it on their side cause there was no updates to my client.
