Pushes nearby enemies away from Sylph, pushes enemies farther away perpendicular from the projectile. Damages and blinds all enemies hit.

Reasoning:
Pushes enemies away and creates a path to Jetstream through, grants more evasion to allow her to survive actually wading into the enemies.

Talent:
Bonus movement speed per unit hit.

Reasoning:
Helps this squishy hero get out of sticky positions, essentially a panic button.

Reasoning:

Reasoning:

Reasoning:
Rapid burst potential when focusing single targets to transfer her Zephyr stacks into raw damage

Sylph grants a major amount of attackspeed at the cost of miss chance

Reasoning:
A big boost similar to dota's focus fire but instead of reducing damage output by lowering damage I add miss chance that can be undone by choosing for increased movement speed builds or picking Wind's Aid that grants truestrike

Talent:
Attacks landed during Aerodynamic debuff enemies with a 0.5s -100% slow

Rapid Fire

Sylph shoots out a flurry of arrows that apply an auto-attack on the first enemy they hit, amount of arrows is based on her attackspeed; as if she has 0.2 BAT (so at 1400 or maxed attackspeed, you shoot 70 arrows. Arrow range is the same as auto-attack range

Reasoning:
Sylph was lacking true burst damage and this lets her scale strongly as well as grant her good synergy with both Wind's Aid and Aerodynamic, for less utility/caster builds and more raw risky DPS Sylph builds.

Talent:
Reduced Rapid Fire spread

Stuns enemies in AoE and lifts them up in the air, then throws them all down to the targeted location

Reasoning:
Gives Sylph some much utility for more caster-oriented builds, let's you cycle Mistral Breeze and this for consistent dps without hampering your team's ability to get to the enemies.

Talent:
Stuns enemies on land too.





The reason for this topic is to discuss the hero, what could be tweaked about her, what's too strong, what's too weak, what skills need some changed mechanics and so on. I am open to any and all ideas

I will make a hero discussion for every single new hero to address any concerns, balance issues, bug reports etc specific to the hero.

WOW thank you so much for your reasoning, it makes everyting so much more clear. I wish most devs would do this.
I think its pretty obvious that rapid fire is the clear pick or must have over everyhing else. I think sylph has a bit of an identity issue. Sometimes it seems like movement speed and kiting is like half and attack speed is the second half.
I think if you'd like to go down this route of balancing move speed vs attack speed, i think you should try to really emphasize both parts respecively.
Her attack speed side is clearly stronger, especially since kitting isnt really rewarded except for a few bosses. You can really wreck the bosses with Rapid Fire.
