1st Impression
1st impression of WR reworking is suck. could be better eg: no dmg type nor how many dps does it deals. Q is rushing to dead, W well the crit is not that great. E well multiply indeed but how many dps does it deals? its even lower than Q. R 30s++ and cd after its run out.

item choose and game play?
1. Octarine has been nerf alot % of cd and life steal. and it wont effect on ult than 30++ s of cd that start the CD timer after the skill run out.even with higher octarine is about 15s and int gain well i think raw about 10s+? not a great idea. well spamming her Q ,W,E might seem a good idea but the thing is she will be on around 350 range and its mean dead.XD
2. Lens? well why bother, the spell amp its self been nerfed, and to be efficient she must at close range fight anyway so the extra cast range wont help either.
3.Ghost Staff, never been good on non all skill sets caster. since she need to hit some with her W.
4. Styer well decent on this hero but its doesnt amp or make her skill set worth in the end of the day on long range,remember she need to close/med range to be effective. hit with W and after bosses closed use ult or blinking or Q to escape. but this make her Q and E is useless.
5. i think as a caster or rightclicker she is falling down below the pit,not even as utility hero that she was to be or maybe not fully utility but sort of a bit, hybrid? not that great.

overall:
the hero is paper itself with this close battle mode either Q and E, and medium range of W make her useless with this current gameplay since she is long range hero and forced to take a fight in close range its the same with pick a knife fight into gun fight.yeah suicidal XD. well her R is quite good other than her ult the rest of skill sets is lame.talent tree also not that great.
i think a good skill sets is to amp or sync to 1 and another with the hero benefit such as if its made as glass they should have skill set that support them on that range so the avatar is not seem as uttery useless but have the own signature and plus and thats make em unique. the concept of forcing range hero into this closer fight is too silly vice versa on melee. eg: why orge has more armor and more tanky than the rest of caster, that because he is melee,etc. you got the point. can be better

I have changed how Jetstream works (can be cancelled at any time now) and swapped W and R around as well as give more information on the abilities

I don't see why you'd get lens though, none of her abilities synergize with it (except i guess more jetstream range); Rapid Fire does an auto-attack per projectile hit (up to 70 arrows can be shot at max attackspeed)
