Oddly, it just started doing this now, it could path in and out just fine before as long as i sent it to the spot its in currently

Also I just discovered that ResearchPowl itself is already discontinued so probably no need to fiddle with it. I might try it again with Research Tree (Continued) by Mlie later and see if I can bypass it as well.
Edit: Research Tree mod page mentioned that the VVF Tier 3 research restriction has already been implemented in the latest version.

TL;DR: The path the car takes somehow messes up the line of sight on that area.
Scenario & Problem: A raid is comming and after positioning everyone behind the embrasures, I take someone to drive the car to a safe area, because it was inside the killbox zone. After the raiders comes into sight, the pawns try to aim but suddenly stops and don't shoot, as if I dont have a clear Line of Sight to shoot, but the raiders CAN shoot back. After a few hours doing some tests on wth could possible be wrong, I noticed that the path that the Nomad takes to leave the area, is the exact same area that the line of sight gets blocked. Not sure how long that Blockage stays but reloading a save file fixes the problem.
