Stuff I gotta do

- Continue tweaking mining laser (is it still too strong?)
- Wire tidying

- Fiddle with electrical grid (The engine takes a lot of power which is good, I'd like more thought to have to go into it)
- Lower maximum battery array capacity?

- Playtest, playtest, playtest - I don't want the sub to lean too far in either direction of balance, but I have a feeling it's currently too strong as a whole
