My original vision was to have a separate bunch of events for a spouse. I'd also envisioned doing much like you suggested and expand the visit event to encompass different kinds of visits - like staying in touch with family that lives far away - and having more happen during the visit.
I don't know that I'll ever get to those, at this rate. It's nice to imagine, though.
There's simply too few of those type in that list, honestly. I suppose I could put them on their own on_action, and just lower the chance of ever getting them by a large amount (as otherwise they'd get repetitive), but I imagine that would defeat the purpose.
