大家好啊，这里是🀄，本模组的作者。这个模组呢从正式开始制作到这两天发布出来用了差不多也就两周时间吧，如各位所见很多东西还很粗糙，并没有仔细打磨。不过我对自己能力还是有信心的，哪怕花的时间长点呢，到时候也能做好做完。

那么讲讲这个模组吧。我第一次冒出做这个模组的想法呢，是在玩https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3002594209及其���配的地图mod时蹦出来的，因为这组mod给了PRC前期相当大的压力，在后期也给了不少奖励，让我颇有种守得云开见月明的爽感。其实就算是原版的PRC也有不少这种味道，那个mod也是把这种味道加强了不少，让钢四原版打完二战就找不到事儿做的感觉减轻了许多。于是便有了做这个mod深入挖掘一下和分享这种感觉的想法。

说到底国家计划委员会也就是为了这叠醋包的饺子，我也知道很多元素压根就不是那个时代的产物，模组里能提供的投入和奖励似乎也有点超模了。肯定的，既然是为了吃醋来的，饺子自然也得包好点，不过我个人能力不够，很多内容忙不过来，所以饺子先吃七个，再煮七个。等我缓两天了再来完善这些内容。

As you can see, many aspects of it are still quite rough and haven't been finely polished. However, I have confidence in my abilities, and even if it takes more time, I'll make sure to get it right in the end.

Now, let me talk about this mod. The idea for making this mod first came to me while playing the Chinese Industrialization Decision and Event Expansion mod along with a compatible map mod. These mods added significant challenges in the early game and provided rewarding experiences in the later stages. Even the vanilla version of PRC has a similar flavor, and this mod enhances that feeling further, reducing the post-World War II aimlessness. So, I decided to delve deeper into and share this experience.

Ultimately, the National Planning Committee mod is all about eating the dumplings just for vinegar sauce. I'm aware that many elements are not products of that era, and the inputs and rewards in the mod may seem a bit over-the-top. Certainly, if it's about eating dumplings, the dumplings should be of better quality. However, my personal abilities are limited, and many aspects need more time for refinement. So, I'm starting with seven dumplings, and I'll cook seven more later. Once I've had a breather, I'll come back to further improve these contents.
