Name and sources of the plan
Like you know, this mod purpose different plans to split Germany... However, I have a question about the name of the historical plan. I was sure it is proposed by Roosevelt, but I see some sources say was from Stalin, and Roosevelt planned to broke Germany with Prussia by example.
So if anyone have a good sources about that.
