There are several ways. You can pray at the Shrine of the Lady, release Prisoners after the Battle, solve quests and stuff. When you unfold the HUD Menu with the triangle in the lower right corner, you can hover with your cursor over the ressources of your faction. Some Troop Upgrades demand that Ressource aswell.
