Prestige
i´m currently playing as an Ulric priest and i was wondering how i got a +5 in prestige everyday for "respected"
is this something only a priest can get ?
or what am i missing ?
(non native english speaker so pls dont judge)

That's the special Ressource from the Empire Culture.

Take a look at 'Cultures and Ressources' in the Manual:

so for that daily bonus i have to serve as a hireling

There's multiple ways of getting prestige, you get some for being a hireling, there might be career perks, and doing any action that gives you renown also gives prestige
