Naked?
Why is everyone naked in the game? I only have a knife i have no other mods besides the ones needed for this one.

Try to delete C:\Users\<Name>\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Shaders. If it doesn't work, deinstall the game, clear out all files related to Mount and Blade 2, and reinstall it. Worked for me.

That can only happen if you use other mods, in base TOR everyone has armor.

Disable everything besides harmony and the 3 TOR modules.
