Missing armour
Hello, I have encountered a problem. Almost none of the units I want to hire have amour. The armour is completely missing. I thought it is intentional but after trying different factions I realised that it is not that case. Can somebody help me to solve this? Thank you.

It is not intentional no, and its also not due to TOR. Disable your other mods.

I saw somewhere else that not unzipping the files beforehand can cause this

OK, thank you for the answer. I will try to disable the mods even they should not mess with the armour
