Blood kiss mechanics
I've read in the manual that a necromancer or a merconary can change careers by reciving a blood kiss.
Two qeustions regarding this:
1) what happens to already earned career points? lost, kept in original picks, recived to reinvest in new career?
2) what happens if (as a merconery) you have a known magic lore that is not given to those vampire types, will you keep that lore?

1) They get reset but you keep the amount you've already earned
2) You'll lose that lore
