Winds of Magic Recharge Rate
Why the ♥♥♥♥ the higher your Spellcraft skill the lower Winds of Magic recharge rate?

Its not, the higher your spellcraft skill the higher your recharge rate, but if you're a magic career and you wear heavy armor, your wom recharge gets reduced.

Or if you have custom resource upkeep troops and can't pay them, you'll also lose wom recharge.

Hm, now it's rising with Spellcraft increases after I've bought the whole Bright Wizard set. Probably it decreased because of my gear then.
