Is there any way to get more lords for Mousillon or Wards of Laurelorn?

While serving as a vassal to these factions, is there any way to get them more lords? I'm kind of hitting the wall in the mid-game, as our factions don't have enough lords to patrol and invade larger factions, unless it is I who summon an army (in which case it exposes our other flanks).
