Can't find new guns
Currently tier 2 clan, 156 gunpowder, my best handgun is Imperial Handgun (the one with 90 gunpowder if I remember correctly).
I'm wandering town to town but can't find anything new.

Most towns dont really sell guns, the master engineer in Nuln is your best bet, when upgraded his stock, he'll have every gun to cannon/mortars available, only possible as empire culture though.

Quest bugged, I had to use cheat. used ticky notes cheat but how i despawn items now?

Same way you enabled them, but instead of 1 back to 0

Can I still get cannons? cant find them with cheat

Yes you can. Need to be empire culture, do the master engineer quest, invest 500 prestige a few times and cannons will unlock
