I just did a "Verify Integrity of Game Files" to make sure it wasn't that. All files validated.
Downloaded that mod - Here are the first three things it said:
- Reasons
Source: TOR_Core
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
- Inner Exception
Source: No module
No inner exception was thrown
Inner exception callstack:

Is that what you needed or something else from better exception window?
I also tried clicking the 'Attempt to continue' button. No luck.
Yes, I replaced a Wight King campanion leading an army with a Lahmian.
I decided to reload and disband the party then reform it with the new lord. Worked fine, no crashes or issues.
Are there any known crashe like that one with the player forming their own kingdom and giving their companions fiefs to turn them into lords? Hoping to pre-emp any issues haha
