Final Transutation
This spell sometimes either doesn't do damage, or never falls off of the enemy. Or perhaps both.

I've cast it on large groups of enemies, and it will stay on some of them for the entire battle without killing them, and others it kills.

I don't think i've seen it fall off of an enemy that it didn't kill in my recent battles.

It might be that the visual effect itself lingers, but it wont do continues damage after its initial use

The slow seems to stay as well. They don't move the same for the rest of the map.
