Chaos Portals

Is there a way to spawn more portals in or to refresh them?

There is only 1 chaos portal and 4 herdstones, they refresh with an inky event

Thank you where abouts are the 4 herdstones ?

There's 1 in the south western part, one up north, and i'm not sure about the 2 others to be honest :P
