Forest spirits
Choosing the Spellsinger career, or having a companion who is one. You will be able to approach the Oak of Ages and commune with the forest. Which will mean that units of forest spirits (dryads and treemen) can be added to the player's army in exchange for their harmony points. Likewise, you can also relieve these forest spirits to recover harmony points.
Meaning if you are a different career but asrai faction, and you get a spellsinger companion, you can still get dryads. It does not mean ANY culture can.
