Is there a reason we can't use spells/class abilities in quests?
playing as an imperial mage, having to defeat several khorne cultists without using magic seems pretty difficult. i get that you shouldn't be able to summon a comet of casadora inside, but why not fireball and such?

Because you can't limit which spells can be used and which cannot, also in the case of khorne it makes sense

We do want to expand on it in the future, but currently its the same way you can't use spells in tournaments. Have to draw lines in some cases
something else i've been wondering. is it overly complicated or impossible to add something like cleaving to melee-oriented careers. or maybe still doing some damage when their attack is blocked. i feel like mages and archers scale really well into late game, and it's very noticeable how powerful you become, but melee classes seem a bit held back by the default systems of bannerlord. easier said than done ofc lol
i should clarify i'm not neccesarily talking about balance, it's more about the gratifying feeling of becoming more powerful

We are trying something along those lines, yes

That's why I only do the plague quest, as the time I get enough equipment to fight that much, the quest bounty is worth for the time
