Waywatcher Starfire Essence arrows penetrate shields bug?
The tier 3 perk for starfire essense on waywatcher that allows you to penetrate shields doesn't seem to be working. Enemies still seem to block arrows with shields no matter what.

It depends on the angle you're shooting at, has to be in front of them

I can shoot them square on from 10m and the arrow still gets blocked by the shield.

I'd have to try it myself, but i know it should work, JackieFish used it nonstop in his streams awhile back

Recoreded a quick video to show the bug. Only other mod I have installed other than TOR is CC's Banners which I cant imagine would affect this.
