Reading books not giving XP
buy book, click read scroll button, wait in city till 100%, gives no xp. im lvl 18 engineering and trying to get the lvl 50 for cannons.

what am i doing wrong?

It only gives exp 1 time, you cant read the same book multiple times

i'm pretty sure all of the books ive read dont give me xp. like the xp bar was 0/318 or something, and i did the engineer book process and nothing changed with lvl or xp.

Did you have learning limit for that skill ?
