Can I choose race?
"I want to change my race, but there’s no GUI to do so. It seems you might have removed it. Is there any way to change my race?"

You cant change your race mid game, you have to choose it during character creator

When I create a character, is it correct that I cannot change the race after selecting the culture? For example, can I have an elf culture but be a human race? I don't see an option for selecting the race.

No, that doesnt really make sense?

If you choose elf culture, you're an elf, if you choose empire or bretonnian culture, you're that culture

Thank you for your answer. Your opinion is correct. However, I asked because I want to try a new concept in my gameplay.

Only for Vampire counts/Mousillon its a bit different, unless you take the vampire nobility option at the end, you'll be a human in their realm
